What we built
IPOWatch is a market-data product for the Indian primary market. It tracks grey market premium (GMP), live subscription, allotment links and listing dates for mainboard and SME IPOs, and pairs that board with an editorial layer of IPO analysis, calculators and explainers for first-time investors.
The problem to solve
IPO information in India is scattered across exchange filings, registrar sites, forums and social posts — and it changes several times a day during an issue. Retail investors needed one trustworthy place to see what is open, what is closing today and how an issue is trending, without being misled into treating unofficial premiums as exchange prices.
How we approached it
- Designed a dense-but-calm data board: grid and table views, Mainboard/SME filters, search and a live ticker strip.
- Built issue cards around the decisions investors actually make — price band, lot size, minimum investment, subscription multiple, period and listing date.
- Added clear disclaimers in-context (GMP is unofficial) so the product stays honest and compliant in tone.
- Paired the board with a CMS for daily IPO write-ups, a glossary, calculators and how-to guides to win organic search traffic.

The outcome
Results are described qualitatively; we don't publish client metrics without permission.
“The MinDev team asked sharper questions in week one than most vendors ask in a quarter. The build felt calm, even when our launch date moved forward.”
