What we built
KindVoice connects people with verified, trained listeners and creators for friendly conversations and emotional support over private Google Meet calls. Users sign in with Google, browse listener profiles, see availability and book — with a free five-minute first session.
The problem to solve
Asking a stranger to listen is a vulnerable moment. The product had to feel safe, private and non-judgmental from the first scroll, explain how it works in seconds, and still run a real two-sided marketplace with hosts, availability, pricing and payments.
How we approached it
- Led with reassurance: "Safe • Private • Anonymous", calm typography and a dark, soft hero.
- Designed a three-step flow — sign in with Google, choose a listener, join a private Meet — with no long forms.
- Built listener profiles with ratings, languages, availability and a clear "Book a call" path.
- Created host onboarding ("Become a Host"), transparent pricing and a free-trial offer to lower the first-step barrier.

“Clean architecture, sensible defaults and no surprises on the invoice. We would bring MinDev back for the next phase without a second thought.”
